FMU from SimulationX

I have a FMU from SimulationX environment and I want to load it and simulate it by giving it some inputs using the python environment. For this I am using pyfmi module. But I am constantly getting an error on the command

from pyfmi import load_fmu

and the error is:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:/Python/additionalassignment/", line 2, in <module>
    import pyfmi, os
  File "C:\Python\lib\site-packages\pyfmi\", line 24, in <module>
    from .fmi import FMUModel, load_fmu, FMUModelME1, FMUModelME2
ImportError: DLL load failed: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Please I really need help how to remove this error.

Problem importing PyFMI

I have the very same problem. I checked every requirement for PyFMI once again. I would like to give some more details to get a better feedback from you but error sounds to me quite ambiguous.

I am running Python 2.7 on 64bit Windows.

edit: This problem probably occurs due to incompatible FMI Library installed on your computer. As I tried each and every combination of FMI Library and PyFMI installations, I get this error when I install an FMI Library earlier than 2.0.1. For PyFMI it should be at least 2.0.1. The problem for these versions of FMI Library, at least what I encountered, is about CMake build. I will ask about it in another topic.
